Somalia: No Authority to Rape (petition)

They’re at 800,000 and hoping for 1000,000. In short, a woman was gang-raped by soldiers and jailed along with a journalist covering the story. The woman’s conviction has since been overturned but the journalist is still in prison.

The ability to cover stories like this without being imprisoned is completely vital to getting an accurate picture of what happens to victims. So go support that.
